BUT, WHEN WE ACTUALLY HELP COMMUNITIES AND GIVE THEM WHAT WAS PROMISED THE REACTIONS ARE OF GRATITUDE AND AMAZEMENT. THEN THIS SPIRIT SPREADS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY. EcoPhi works on all types of construction projects and has no focused style giving each project a unique design taking into account the sites natural features, context, solar studies, wind, and clients needs. EcoPhi focuses on eco-sustainable projects that help the community and individuals alike.
We are currently exploring ways to design and expand buildings where they may be adapted and upgraded easily with modular unit design technologies. The idea is to be able to attach and detach as needed for expansion and building occupant needs. Giving a simple solution to budget as you need to expand when the time is right for you.

Taking every site as a different challenge to make the best possible solutions to meet the clients needs, while demanding great detail to specific geography, ecology, and other sustainable measures. EcoPhi specializes in Ecological Architecture and Sustainable Construction methods to enrich the spaces we occupy in a healthy manner for the occupants and the environment alike. With Building Information Modeling & Energy Analysis software we can create the building first in the computer to simulate how the structure will respond to the environment during conceptualization to maximize design decisions in the appropriate way before anything is built. We call it integrated sustainable design as most projects make sustainable decisions as an afterthought attached to the building, we incorporate the strategies from the beginning to ensure proper integration and design aesthetic.
EcoPhi believes in designing it right through 3D simulation to reduce material waste, reduce construction mistakes, also while producing streamline projects & coordination. This will also bring operational & construction cost down considerably in multiple ways which is the goal of most clients. Spending the proper amount of time during the design phase ensures a much smoother construction process from our experience.
